I quickly changed the subject and moved along,
Cos I have no future plans and apparently that's so wrong,
Everyone around me knows exactly what they want,
While I'm here stuck in the same old rut,
Wishing I could say that I don't give a fuck.
When it haunts me every day,
And I hate having to say that everything's ok,
When I know that it's,
Know that it's not.
I'd rather burn away my thoughts at night,
than stay up feeling like I might just die,
This is my preferred mind state,
